Should be OK I'd have thought: I reckon I'd be happy enough on it, and I'm about 182-183cm.
Top tube length is probably more important than seat tube: I thought the pics looked like Hilary Stone's style, and I see he's listed it as 57cm which should be OK - I reckon anything from 56-59cm will work well for me, and of course the stem length can compensate for quite a bit.
Modern seatposts can help you get the saddle up high too, so your legs shouldn't be a problem. Nice-looking frame anyway.
