Took some inspiration from recent posts tonight:
@inchpincher made me crave ravioli (made while watching motoGP), @jim1985 made me curious about spinach and salmon.
Outcome: Salmon and ricotta stuffed ravioli with spinach cream and walnuts sauce. Top.
