If its a pre-2007 Sure Steamroller, then no it wont as the brake bridge does except a count sunk rear brake bolt. so you will need a front brake to fit to the rear of a pre 2007 frame.
If how ever your Surely Steamroller is post 2007 then yes it will fit, as the brake bridge excepts a modern style counter sunk rear brake bolt.
