I hate that Virgin have taken over the franchise for the East Coast mainline. Virgin trains are bollocks whereas the East Coast service has been really good for the last year or so. Now we have crap trains and Virgin levels of customer service to look forward to, while lining Branson's pocket...
Actually I hate all privatised rail travel.
