In all seriousness, you can't properly slow your rear wheel fixed without some form of foot retention. Having just a front brake leaves you liable to go over the bars in an emergency. It's not safe and is something you'll regret if you fuck up your face. Especially if you don't have dental insurance.
A second brake on the rear would be equally good.
