Good shout, gotta love a Roberts! I don't mind the black wheelset and headset, looks like a strong start. Definitely avoid a stem adaptor, they look clunky on nice classic steel.
A Secondhand (realistically priced) nitto craft quill stem and matching sp72 seatpost would be nice, to go with your Dura Ace chainset and white contact points. Yes, please!!
