Looking forward to seeing this built! I'd go for silver parts with just a bit of black here and there to tie it together i.e silver crank arm with black chainring, silver seatpost with black cradle (or writing, or flutes). I would consider white saddle and bar tape to highlight the writing on the frame too. Probably a white Turbo saddle, which has black writing and perhaps even something like white Cinelli cotton tape which has their logo printed in black on it.
