Should be warm and durable without sacrificing control, or being too bulky. From a company who only makes gloves. Lots of liner options:
+1 for Hestra. I have their Windstopper Bike Tracker - perform very well and are well-made bits of kit. I use them with some merino ski glove liners when it's a bit colder (low single digits degrees, down to just below freezing) and they are just right for me.
