I have a large amount of correx stuff in work, are wheel cover things really annoying to ride with or is it worth making some up just incase I get the polo bug at a later date?

It depends on how often you have a high cross wind (like crossing London bridges) especially if you ride no handed.

But it's totally worth it for the woomp woomp noise (lot like carbon wheels)...
