Thanks everyone. I hadn't realised the campag would fit, only looked at the vintage ones and they all seemed too large so I ignored the new ones, which actually have the perfect stack height at 36.5mm. Hopefully it will arrive before xmas along with some cinelli criterium handlebars I've ordered from Denmark!
