@7VEN and @EB , that's what I thought. Which is annoying as rejecting the carb(s) is going to be a lot more work.
It's the derny bikes at my work.
They ran better with the cone air filter removed from the carb so I'm figuring they are normally running too rich and removing the filter allowed more air in and leaned it out a bit.

Anyone know if a mixture screw on a carb (in particular a delortto carb on a 2 stroke engine) controls the mixture over the entire throttle range or only on tickover?
