Hi, for sale this lo pro, right its not a Bianchi its a bit of a murdered pup it started life as a geared TT bike. At some point it was either crashed or was dropped on the back end and the rear triangle was put out of alignment. I acquired this frame for a photographic project and it was going to be used along side my genuine Bianchi.
Sorry a bit longwinded I know anyway I had the rear drop-outs changed the back re-alinged the down-tube bosses removed and front braze-on hanger, gear cable holders and bottle bosses removed as well.
This was done by Jake Rusby of Rusby Cycles and a very nice job he made of it, it was then powder coated by Armourtex London in a sort of Bianchi Celeste, the Bianchi stickers came from ebay but are fine. I have no idea of the original maker it came with a 531 c I'm guessing English but there are a lot of frame makers to choose from, the forks also no real idea, sorry.
Anyway after getting all the work done I was very happy with the way the bike rides, it is very stiff and quick so decided to keep it for a bit. Components are Campy crank 52t chain wheel and Campy brakes, Cinelli stem and cut down road bars inverted carbon TT brakes. The seat post is a nice Miche and the saddle is an Iscaselle but the back brass strip is missing, front 24" wheel is a Campy hub on profile 18 rim rear is a Corima carbon 4 spoke with Gusset SS 18t conversion. Pedals are shimano 600 aero I think and a tange head-set. One small chip in the coating near the front brake shown in pic 2
Anyway some pics
Looking for £420 if thats too high please let me know
