Unsure if this should be in wtf or here.
Used a halogen oven to bake my bread, straight in to the pyrex jar. It came out really well. Good crust and good bread. Used a no knead bread dough method as a bit of an experiment but monitored the water temperature that went in to the mix but nothing else.
