Why after 6pm? Is it a parking restriction thing? We were going to get into town early to get warmed up.

Yup, parking restrictions til at least 5.30pm in most places, later in others... I'd check Lambeth's website if I were you...

Thanks. I've been recommended a few streets towards [24 hours from] Tulse Hill that have no restrictions, so I think I'll head over there and have a bit of a nice evening stroll through the picturesque backwaters of that part of town.
