@Graham_Edin as a general rule of thumb 'custom', on 'ere anyway, refers to a frame handbuilt to a person's individual specifications. What you have here is, ah, a 'build', a 'project'.
Unfortunately we have a long history of the word 'custom' being overused by certain bike salesmen to advertise their non handbuilt product, leading to rage, hilarity, frustration, such fixeh, etc etc. And you did goad DJ into offering an opinion.
