There probably aren't 36 distinct and interesting shots of a bike. Unless your assignment is to create product shots, you might want to think again.

I would agree with you and I think the same could be said for many subjects. However, the idea is to explore as many possibilities as possible even when the subject seems limited.

I have a photography assignment to do where I have to take 36 photos of a subject which I've decided will be my bike though it's not actually porn worthy. However, what dos and dont's do you recommend?
