When I was being chased up Caledonian Road on my £2k+ Volvo-Cannondale by Stanley-wielding scrotes, I assumed they were both.
That was a commuter bike which I confidently locked up outside various workplaces for years in London - however I was cautious, used two different locks, and thankfully still own it.
