Ive been round that road circuit by the olympic velodrome and it was wicked fun, would make an epic venue if they would allow it.

You would have to make brakes mandatory to use their road circuit.

Is this true even if you rent out the whole thing? I know people who have been brakeless and the staff didn't bat an eyelid.
