Why?
There is no law against being naked in public (there is in Scotland but not the rest of the UK)
Lots of people bang on about 'offense taken' and how it is bullshit- to me this is the same.
The only considerations I think there should be regarding this are practicalities like not sitting on communal chairs with his bare batty and the like.
