Saw a copper 'engaging' with a rider whose rear wheel he somehow appeared to have pringled on Endell Street this morning, possibly fixed gear, rider had beard and glasses.
Bike was on the floor in front of a stopped Ford Focus and policeman and rider were having words; copper looking sheepish, rider very shouty.
