I'm having a bit of a spirited online debate with a chap who likes to pretend he's a "safety expert". He's a driving instructor ...
He's convinced that there's no research to show that one-way streets cause faster driving speeds.
Does anyone have any sources that show the correlation? My Google-fu appears to be weak on this subject.
