Rider down on the blue paint westbound at Campbell road. He hit the side of van turning right into Campbell road. I passed at about 8.20, the rider was on the ground and talking to paramedics.
When I passed later the paramedic said he had a broken leg and severe concussion. That could be bad, but I am hoping it is not.
