If its the compact short reach bar you are after there are cheaper options like Deda RHM02 etc. Whatever bar stem combo you go with just a bit of acetone can remove the graphics for that stealth look.
Di2 is very easy to assemble on the bike; I'd say even easier than a mechanical groupset all you need is read this: http://si.shimano.com/php/download.php?file=pdf/dm/DM-UL0001-00-ENG.pdf
