• What's the browser matrix for testing, how far back are you going?

chrome and safari surely accounts for 99% of the population..

    n-1 is pretty much it.

But share of browsers (desktop + mobile) is this (our testing follows these lines):

    1. Chrome (50.68%) - 90%+ on Chrome 36 due to auto-update
    2. Safari (24.71%) - 85%+ on Safari 7 due to auto-update
    3. Firefox (12.8%) - 49% on FF31, 30% on FF30, due to auto-update
    4. IE (7.8%) - 30% on IE11, 20% on IE10, 30% on IE9... we even have some IE5 users but we are never going to explicitly support that.

Thereafter very small numbers for the old non-Chrome Android browser, Opera, Blackberry, Maxthon, etc. Basically 1 person here, 1 person there.

So the focus is on the top 3 browsers, the latest version, and then just making sure it functions in n-1 on IE.
