I'll check at work but looks similar. There is a whole area on the right hand side that you can't see properly but is I think the access/profile area. I can email a screenshots tomorrow

Do the big buttons at the top right and top left work in IE8?
Basically... is it functional as a mobile site?
It also appears that we can add some IE8 support by adding this:
