These schemes are all messy rubbish of very poor design. The big ticket items are all being missed. Take Vauxhall: Improvements to the permeability of the area are needed there, and this scheme delivers a single permeability improvement along a single route, in a highly inelegant way, with greatly increased stopping chance and generally a very poor level of service for riders. This is because TfL is dodging the real scheme needed here, which is to make all of Vauxhall two-way. They're not doing this because it would mean fewer cars getting through (they fetishise the Inner Ring Road, on which this is located).
