    If only the rear end is raised significantly, and the fork is 395 with 45mm rake, chance are the headtube have steepen as well as the seat tube to probably 74 degrees, thus shorten the trails maybe to 50mm (very very rough number).

    Add 26" and it may reduced it to 40mm, look like you already got yourself a low trails bike.

    hardly. hta started out around 71 degrees. fork looks a bit longer than normal pomp forks too imho.
    26" or maybe 27.5" might still be a good idea though for the lower bb, bigger tyres and maybe improved trail.

    edit: remember though, that too big/tall tyres will negate the geometry point of getting smaller wheels.
