  • Bounce are tasty, moist and easy to eat. One can pop the whole of one in one's mouth in one go. 180 calories or so each. I must say I am sold.

    I have also been making a pick and mix at H&B.

    Almonds, hazel nuts, pecans, walnuts and dried blueberries. While dried fruit is out, I felt that it needed a little moistening and blueberries are about the least evil alternative.
