Bugger. Yeah you can refill bottles and drink from ponds but at some point they are going to make it so you have to purify the water to avoid getting sick.
Avoid those little military lookout towers, I went up one, tried to take my binoculars out and proceeded to fall to my death. Spent 20 minutes running back to the body only to find it un-lootable. Feck.
