Dramatic Hammer - it's a bit hard to see based on one blurry photo without your foot at the bottom of the stroke, but hey.. this is lfgss, internet bike fitting based on conjecture is one of the cornerstones of this place.
If I were you, I would (one at a time and giving myself time to adjust to the change):
Get a longer stem - if you are on a 100mm, you could go for a 110 at the same height, or try a 120mm and raise the bars slightly. It will make things less cramped, distribute your weight better and improve the way the bike handles.
Raise your saddle a touch, and/or maybe move it back on the rails 1cm.
