I spied someone with a hipster haircut, brakeless white dolan, going round in circles at the lights on UCR not too long ago. Surely if you can't trackstand, you haven't got the skillz for brakeless? maybe he got on and realised he cant stop and is now stuck going in circles. You could have offered him some help. Poor guy.
