I cannot believe they fall for it every time.
Did it last week at about 10pm on the South Circular. I just slowedright up on a slight incline to piss him off and he WENT FOR THE ATTACK. I stayed right on him, as he had done to me for about 3 miles, whistling and singing loudly.
He kept RLJing out of sheer frustration and distress but I'd just bomb right up behind him again.
