Bump... had a couple of PMs and, to be extra clear, it's definitely not the Sky box that you can pause, rewind, fastforward stuff on. It's this one:

As with all sky boxes, it will work without a card do if you've got shitty aerial reception. You can use this, in conjunction with a satellite dish to get freeview HD.
