Anybody know if they'll let people head out first thing (I'm talking 4.30am) to ride out on route to good vantage points.
I'm thinking of staying in Leeds and doing 40 miles to Kettlewell with some mates.
I know in France you can ride up in the morning before they shut the route but this is the UK and there will be little Hitlers in high viz jackets everywhere.
