Though, on a more serious note, your choice of including A2 Shooter's Hill Road -> Deptford Bridge I think is misguided, it is not a good part of your ride, and I will avoid it. You could have accessed Loampit Vale a much more direct way, and avoided this horrible road.

Its not great but it is over quickly. I don't think there is an easy route to Loampit Vale across Blackheath that also avoids the worse (IMHO) melee of Lewisham. Happy for you to help us out on that next time if you know a good way round.
