That doesn't help the water exit the chainstays though. Even if there was a nice smooth round hole where it entered the BB shell its not at the lowest point or angled down. Mine have a lip which would prevent water draining from the chainstays to the BB shell. I considered this and hole drilling for some time when I assembled the bike.
