Would you suggest I reverse this and drill a drain hole? If so doesn't that immediately create a site with a high likely hood for corrosion. No matter how good my painting skills I'm sure it would corrode.
Given the recent rains I would have thought the water ingres through the expansion holes would have been quite high.
