I currently do 4 training sessions a week on the bike. As I'm pushed for time. These tend to be 45min sprint video on the turbo, or a 75 min blast outside. I run 3 times a week. 2 x 4 - 6km fast pace blasts, and a 12km mountain run (320m elevation gain, slow but tough).
I would *guess** you could do with some active recovery built into that weekly routine. 45mins on the turbo just spinning or rides easy enough to be in zone2 for some time.
