    So...

I wanted to give road shoes/pedals and different float options a try so I picked these up to give them a whirl. I chose SIDI 'cause its the brand I see rated on the forum a lot and Shimano pedals 'cause they're common and easy to get cleats for at my LBS.

I bought them in Melbourne in November 2013. I've used them for no more than ten miles in the park near my house and I can't get on with them. Only one way to engage the cleat just isn't for me.

As for the shoes themselves, they're comfy as hell on the bike but I do a lot of on-off and they're not really the best for walking in compared to my other shoes. I'm gonna stick to SPDs and MTB shoes. As such I have no need for these.

So, you'll be buying the shoes (boxed), fitted with a set of Shimano blue cleats (1 degree float), a set of black Shimano 105 road pedals and a spare set of unopened yellow cleats (3 degree float). The shoes are a size EUR46 which is apparently a 10.5uk. I'm a 10 and they they fit me fine with a slight bit of room to move so I'd say that size conversion were true.

In order to get some of my money back, i'm asking £80 for the lot, exactly half of what I spent.

    Cheers,

    Ian
