Just to expand on the feedback that you've been given. Raleigh made lots of bikes, mostly they were good solid machines, some were exceptional, some were very ordinary. This is definitely a more ordinary one (standard steel frame, riveted chainset etc.). It's in good condition and you've obviously put some work into it, but condition isn't that important if it's not a special bike. Since this is primarily a UK forum (where all Raleighs of this type were built), most people here can find bikes like this for less than $50 very easily and restore them quite simply.
If that's true, you'll probably be better off selling it there, rather than on here, where Raleighs like this are seen as very ordinary.
