Completely randomly got my bike registered by bikeregister/police today on Pall Mall on the commute. Registered and got a permanent ID number on the down tube, took less than 5 mins. They said they are going to be in Wellington Gardens tomorrow 8-11 am.
Hopefully not TOO randomly, or it wouldn't be much use if your bike did get nicked ;)
