How to post an advert in the classifieds.

1) Read the classifieds rules if you haven't done so

2) If you are selling an item, check the wanted adverts first, perhaps using the search, to see if you even need to create an advert... you could sell the item directly to someone and avoid having to create an advert altogether

3) Your advert must be placed in the right forum:

a) If it's a wanted advert, go straight to the form to create a wanted advert

b) If you're offering a complete bike or frame & forks then go straight to the form to advertise a complete bike or frame & fork

c) All other items for sale are put in a catch-all forum for components, clothing, luggage and miscellany. This includes adverts selling forks without a frame. Go to the form to advertise components and other items



In case you haven't read the rules: This isn't an auction site, communicate clearly the item condition and act honourably to ensure both you and the other party are happy with the transaction. LFGSS accepts no liability for sales facilitated via the site. Anyone found abusing the service may be permanently excluded from further transactions on the site. Don't sell stolen goods, do give discounts to the admins and moderators.
