| | BRIGHT TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!! apart from the drinking game that made me go wrong. It was all going so smoothly, beer-coke-beer-coke etc all day, sober as a judge until "HEADS! oh fuck it's tails....." TWICE! Great work from all those involved in organising, plus I got rid of all my handlebars! Hi to everyone I met for the first or second time, I'll forget who you are but just remind me next time. EPIC RAINBOW!! |

| | rjs, snowy has your leatherman, thought it was rpm's until he said it wasn't, pm snowy and he'll get it to you... great night, legendary night. Awesome bbq despite the rain, big time sets from the man dem, special mentions going out to a double tap, pajamas, multi grooves and the dynamic duo at the end teen_slain and snowy again. big big time was had by all, van uden the long marinading jerk chicken was good, as was the skully kofte, and the hillybilly, multi grooves end of the night never to be forgotten meat feast. bright times! bright times! bright times! Oh also this one is for fluff, and you've got to at least think about changing the name to bionic YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.oh and big big shout outs go to the east london massive that made the trip, lal, horatio, and all the others whose names escape right at this moment in time. and to the westerners, murtle, big daddy wayne, fatboyralph, bright times! Ps I'm hoping I won't have to edit these ramblings in the morning. |

| | Got all dressed up and ready to go. but my back tire's not in any type of fit state for that length of journey, so was about to hop on tube with all my frame and bb and everything, ready for a building-a-bike-at-a-barbecue, found out victoria line and northern lines were closed. Got on the bike to liverpool st, waited in the pouring rain for 1/2 hour for a 35, no 35 to be seen. Went back to my bike giving up hope, unlocked it to go home with my tail between my soaking legs, then, just as i'd slung my frame and crank-filled bag over my shoulder I looked up to see the 35 fly past... bugger. sounds like it was a blast... |

| | I didn't even know about this until I got overtaken by Lal and Horatio and... erm, some others, on my way home, and dragged along (it didn't take much persuasion!). And it was amazing. Nice to meet even more of you (I won't mention names, and that's because I've forgotten them all), and my god what a lot of MEAT! I'll sleep well tonight. Thanks to those who organized it. |

| | Excellent effort everybody! snowy_again, you've earned all the brownie points you could ever earn for life; that was a great turn out. VanUden, does your lady have a sister? Can I have the sister's number? Lol! All I can say is, Nice one mate! Fruitbat, thanks for the drink; Corny and VeeVee, thanks for making my sis feel very welcome. Everybody else, good to see you all. But.....where was Object? Was there vegan bbq that we had been betrayed for? |

| | That was great ; thanks to all who enjoyed what I was played and told me so. The VanUden chicken was indeed well worth waiting for. I'll see you all next Monday, I think Kofi Annan would be needed to negotiate my release this evening the state I got home in last night. And for Stelle.... this was the last tune I played that you liked so much. |

| | great night, not really sure how I got back to bleedin' surrey. I remember being in the queue at Clapham Junction Sainsbury's with my bike. That's about it apart from being a little bit sick at the arrival point, smashed out of my face. I had so much to drink whereas my entire food tally was one undercooked sausage and a veggie burger from Chris - I guess the DJing got in the way. Great to see everyone and great to meet people i hadn't met before. Great session all, life don't stop for the weather!! |

| | That was fun! Epic Rainbow Cheers for everyone who made it down and made me laugh. I did a lot of laughing yesterday. And many thanks to everyone who did their bit, AFDS & Chug_It for the meat roasting, BRM and RPM for the moral support, Corny for general boisterousness, Teenslain for the decks and the tunes, and likewise to Pajamas, Multi Grooves, ADoubleTap and anyone else I'd forgotten. The bar cleared £3,000 so they were happy with us. What happened to Richey? I saw him being led off early doors. What did the fat police man say? - I escaped by swinging a cheeky right, just for him to catch me up on Water Lane. For those of you not there, organise the next one! Hallow'een or Bonfires Night anyone? |

Unfortunately neither calls nor door bells could rouse said friends from their inebriated slumber so I was left stranded in Angel, bikeless and severely pissed off that I was missing polo. Needless to say I could have gone home and grabbed the Affinity before hightailing it to the south. However the small pub which I somehow managed to find myself in (Obviously I would never dream of frequenting establishments such as public houses, so this must have been an accident) was joyous and filled with a wonderful mix of people all listening to the soulful energetic rabble of a live band, the blues bandits. Such was the intoxication of their beautiful melancholic tones I seemed unable to leave and rather than end up later in Angel with two bikes and toastily drunk I decided I was better off enjoying an unexpected exemplary auditory experience along with a number of beverages. When my friends finally woke and called to say I could come and get my bike I was, to be frank, trashed. Within minutes of arriving at their abode I fell asleep, to wake around the midnight hour. Perfectly in time cycle in a homeward direction before crawling into the covers of mine own bed. All told you guys lost out to an inpromptu large man with a trombone, a gentleman named Phil who is a master of the bass guitar and their musical associates. Thus was my Sunday and apologies are extended to all for my absence. | |
