| | I have a 3D implant but it wont show up and has been there since early 2009, so gunna have it taken out... I have a scar below a microdermal piercing, (from where the implant was inserted) so may have some scarification done up seeing I scar well. Most likely to be going to Holierthanthou in Manchester as know one of the piercist there quite well. I also got some niceeeee buffalo horn spirals for my ears for christmas. Anyway I'll stop going offtopic from the tattoos. |

| | I have ideas for my first tattoo and advice would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to get something along the lines of this on my ribs (this would be the image, not really the style, although saying that the style is pretty cool too): ![]() In terms of the look I am really drawn to this style of illustration: ![]() and ![]() However, obviously it's quite fine, delicate lines, do you think this sort of thing will work for tattoos? Plus could it end up looking shit in time? If it is workable could anyone recommend someone who works in this style? Many thanks. The other option would be to just go for an outline, sort of like this: ![]() |

As for whom, it's a good idea to find someone who specialises in line tattoos, and there have been some good suggestions above and throughout this thread, but do a lot of research, it's worth it! And ribs... ouch. | |
