| | Trying to get all of CS5 was takes aaaages so I just got indesign and started playing around with a kind of logo/motif. It's pretty basic in terms of typefaces and texture but I thought I'd show something for feedback so you can say if I should do more things like this or tell me that you hate it and demand unicorns and dinosaurs ![]() |

| | I like it a lot Scoot! Agree the typeface could be a bit more distinctive/snazzy so LADIES stands out more. Where would this go on the jersey, so what other designs could go on the rest of it? Would be good to have some distinctive motif/image(s) to denote the feisty female section of the forum. |

| | I'm really liking it too! Possibly agreed about a different typeface, as well. Definitely happy about the blue background. Is the plan that it is big on the front or back, or that it's a crest like a placement on the front top left? Any chance we can get our forum names as "team names" across the top back, or would that just be too pricey? |

| | Glad you all generally like it! Yeah I hadn't decided on a typeface for the middle bits which is why it's so plain, I'm going to download some jazzier ones today and add some more details to it, make the stripes have ribbon ends and a pattern going along the outer edge...chainring teeth perhaps? Currently downloading a trial of photoshop so I can put it onto a jersey template and see what looks nice. It would be amaaazing if we could have forum names on it, I think one of the websites someone linked had that option. I would love that. Only if it wasn't prohibitively expensive though. To keep everyone (mainly nhatt) happy I am going to do a dinosaur design as well, and then everyone can choose which one they like better. But I need to retrieve my tablet from college first, since drawing on a laptop trackpad is impossible. |

| | Yeah sorry I'm being really slow, I went home for a week and didn't feel like working on it then. Tonight I'll try and get the last fiddly bits and typeface chosen for the logo. I did mock up some jersey colours a while ago but I'm not sure if I like it, it does look kinda bowling team-ish. I like the stripe on the sleeve a lot though (there wasn't a flat sleeve template so i've bodged it on) and was thinking a diamond/dinosaur on the other sleeve in white? Also this is the official lfgss baby blue that I'm going to use, not the cycle superhighway blue above. ![]() |
