Has probably the best looking lug lining i've ever seen, plus it has absolutely definitely, and in no way hand-stamped, "limited edition duraace embossed crank arms". Brilliant.

I think its a fail that Hillsborough's petition is beating the 'Drop the Health Bill' petition:

Yes, Hillsborough was tragic, but, in terms of long lasting, poorly thought out policies...

they were all rejected because they were duplicates.. the current petition has around 26,000 signatures.

Apples and pears...

And the Hillsborough petition, IMO, is as important. It's about the principle of freedom of information and disclosure

Realistically, its not though, its one event that affected the general population's emotions, versus something that most people haven't taken the time to understand, consider or even think about, due to poor reporting, and most importantly very clever misinformation (or rather clever releasing of details- misinformation is too strong a word) on the behalf of the government.

imho- whatever the Hillsborough outcome, is not going to affect you in 10 years. The health bill will.

But I may just be a little jaded- because even if 1 release of information happens, there are plenty more that will go unnoticed. And I'm certainly a bit biased- the changes that the bill is paving the way for are unacceptable to me, and would be a reason to seek work in another country when I finish, and from my peers opinions- I'm not the only one.

Hi, can you tell me more about the 'well limited edition duraace embossed crank arms'? I've seen several in my time and haven't come across this style before. Maybe they're an artist's series, as it definitely looks hand stamped - you can normally find the model number on the insid eof the crank arms. As they're so rare, would you be willing to split the bike and just send me the crank arms if I win the auction?

Thanks

Charity spends £30,000 on a stupid gimmick of an advert, which sets a worrying precedent, and in any case will be 50% as effective as a regular advert.

Or less. It's obvious that it would be men giving to charity, because they earn the money while women stay home.

The advertisement highlights the issue of women and girls in developing countries, who face poverty and discrimination, not getting the choice to decide how they want to lead their lives.
Surely the advert should be shown to the men, so as to get across the point that women in these countries are being discriminated against as they're trying to highlight?

Gueses the sex basically using facial recognition, gets it right 90% of the time the other 10% of the time it insults the woman who wants to see it effectively telling them the look like a man.

That is the point. To highlight what discrimination means. And it's worked, resulting in a national news story, due to the highly predictable behaviour of the British pubic

^^^^ LOL

I remember hitting a pheasant on the A1, at about, erm, a lot.

Didn't see it come out the back, so pulled over in next good place.

No sign of the rest of the pheasant, but its eyeball was stuck to number plate beautifully. Guess I hit it so hard the eyeball contact adhered itself, and the rest of the bird exploded?

They got their revenge though, a few years later, one flew up and took out windscreen, throwing the mirror right at my face, and bent the roof enough that the windscreen place tried to refuse to work on it (i.e. roof fucked = right off).
