Bit of googling gave me SJS as having them. I've used them in the past and they are a good online shop with lots of strange and wonderful hard to find bits and pieces.

Also - I my Nitto bullhorns ready for you. I'll bring them tomorrow [does anti-rain dance]

i've got these. they're quite nice. but if you mean if the lever is black, they're not. the lever is silver. from sjs anyway.

I'm trying to replace a lever I'm used to and is broke. Just got 1 from Yellow Jersey.org for $26, posting on Tuesday.
