Is that white thing on the rear wheel a mudguard attachment or a rudimentary attempt to keep the chain tensioned?

It's supposed to store energy in the springs so that once you stop pedalling the extra cranks will turn the back wheel.. Doesn't work though

You could say the same thing about aero/deep rims & spoke cards.

Or risers on a low-pro

and so forth...

i left the bianchi headbadge, since i thought it had a classic look. i kind of like a classic, vintagey look, and have toyed with the idea of a path racer-inspired look for a while, along with a bunch of other ideas. a serendipitous series of events led to this combination here, which looks and feels very nice.
Not too sure if they've achieved the look they were going for?

Spokey Dokeys offer a big aero advantage over none dokeyed wheels.

I am thinking of getting three massive Spokey Dokeys for my Hed3.

I am ashamed to admitt this, but I was pondering the following not so long ago.

If rotational weight is bad for acceleration, but is good for stability, and constant speed, once that steady speed is achieved. Then the fact that spokey-dokeys start off near the hub and move toward the rim when moving at speed, would make them ride enhancers.

Just wait for next years TDF!
Spokey-dokeys FTW

(But not for the climbs though. That would be silly)
