London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Hi, was wondering if anyone had an old bike they don't need or want to sell cheap? My friend had hers stolen in Angel last night and is gutted about not been able to ride.

It was a shit bike and I think in a way they did her a small favour in helping/forcing her to get something that might be enjoyable to ride! Never the less the scumbags took something she worked hard to pay for and almost as bad, have forced her back onto public transport!

Any help would be welcomed and much appreciated.

I have a bike or two spare she can either have something that is horrible for free ie shitty mountain bike, or similary bad bmx, or for some more money ie about 40 she can have sothing she would like to ride more an would be seen alive riding, pm me if that sounds useful.

Just joined, so can't PM. Am looking for a road bike to do up, and turn into a single speed. Anything really, just something that's cheap with all the components (or most of), and down turned handle bars.
