| | Straps Please! Can you recommend me some good straps please. i've been riding the last 3 months to work, 120 miles a week, with double straps and cages, and recently both cages have snapped at the front, so i wanna move on to some straps instead that don't have cages that will snap. i'm on the list for JOLs, but would prefer to get some sooner rather than later. Thanks! |

 | Get some mks double toe straps, they will not fall apart, no matter how wet and battered they may get. they are pricey though: http://www.on-one-shop.co.uk/acatalo..._PEMKTSDS.html and then get some mks clips also sold at on-one. That combination will give you all the retention you could possibly need. |

 | JOL straps > all other shitty JOL strap wannabes, Hold Fast are aight though, if you want clip free straps it would have to Hold Fast or JOL for me, 2 best quality products out there. My JOL straps took a beating on my trick bike for 6 months plus and are now living on, on someone elses trick bike :) |

 | I think it also depends on your pedals. I've not seen them in the flesh, however the JOL and Hold Fast's seem to only fit the fat 'trick' style pedals by threading through the body, on my small, flat track pedals there's no room for that. Plus, power straps bolt on so there's minimal chance of little fuckers making off with them while you've popped into the shops. |
